Follow these steps to use a cup:

·       Hands should be properly washed.

·       Hold the menstrual cup in one hand, the rim should be facing upward, and fold it in half.

·       Place the cup in your vaginal canal. Make sure that it stays about an inch or two below your cervix.

·       Rotate the cup once it's in your vaginal canal which will help you form an airtight seal through which leaks are kept at bay.

Check if your cup is properly inserted by moving, jumping, sitting, standing, and trying to do other everyday activities.

How to remove Menstrual Cup Wash

Follow these steps to take out the menstrual cup

·       Hands should be washed.

·       Your index and middle fingers should be inserted into your vaginal opening to pull the cup's stem until it reaches the base. Make sure the process is done gently.

·       Pinch the base of cup and try to release the seal and pull down the cup gently.

·       Empty the period fluid into the sink or toilet.

·       Sterilize the menstrual cup.

Cup aftercare

Always make sure that before re-using these menstrual cups they should be washed and wiped clean and sanitized.
