The right fold for you.

You need to fold the menstrual cup before inserting it into your vagina and there are many folds that you can learn but the easiest of them all is the C-fold which is the most comfortable. All you need to do is to press the rim of the menstrual cup and fold it in C-shape or U-shape. It can be easily done and inserted into the vagina making it the favourite of all. Moreover, other folds that one can apply are punch-sown, the 7-Fold, the origami fold, etc. 

How to insert and remove?

After folding the menstrual cup, you need to take the position you are comfortable in like squatting or sitting, and insert the folded cup into the vaginal opening. Once it is inserted let it pop open. Push it inside until the stem stops protruding. Twist it a little so that it creates suction against the wall of the vagina and fits well to collect the menstrual blood.

When you want to remove the cup, take a comfortable position after cleaning your hands. Hold the stem and pinch it from the base to let the seal break. Once the seal is broken you can pull the cup comfortably out and empty it.
